Andrew joined the team from Spence Ltd where he held the position of commercial director and was responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of commercial activities, setting financial targets, and budget development and monitoring. Andrew also holds the positions of lead director for CITD and board director for Intergr8.
With twelve years’ directors’ experience, seven of those being within commercial roles, he holds a wealth of experience and expertise and is well equipped to build on the success that 7formation has been experiencing in recent times. By understanding the current business aspirations, Andrew will instill a clear path for success and will create targets and measurements to ensure the company is traveling in the right direction for growth.
Having joined the company in 2017, Kym now delivers clear and realistic solutions across all projects in his charge. As a strong communicator he has proven himself to be both a successful leader and team player, delivering results and ensuring all stakeholders are fully briefed and clear of set targets; this results in successfully managed contracts which deliver on client expectations. Known by the rest of the team as approachable and a source of advice, Kym adopts a structured, logical and strategic approach to projects which allows for visibility for both the client and supply chain - making him a truly valued member of 7formation.
As Quantity Surveyor Rob is responsible for project cost management and his responsibilities range from gathering initial estimates right through to the final acquisition of materials. His focus is on providing clients value for money while adhering to the stringent guidelines and regulations set out by the construction industry. Since joining the company Rob has maintained a high level of client servicing through impeccable communication skills and creating trusted relationships with customers. This is very important to 7formation and we are extremely pleased to have him on board.
Steve joined 7formation at its inception and has been integral to its success. His experience in the joinery trade has meant that Steve has an unrivalled eye for detail and is able to offer customers a high level of expertise across all areas of the business.
Steve’s wealth of knowledge means each client receives an end product that is above and beyond expectation, and it’s no surprise that this has resulted in the formation of longstanding relationships with his retail clients. Steve’s genuine and honest attitude is one that earns great respect from across the industry.
Jak joined 7formation at the end of 2014 following a degree in Construction Management at Loughborough University and five years’ experience in major contracting. During his time here, Jak has been given the opportunity to work at a more customer focused level and has built close and trusted links with our suppliers and client base.
His strong focus on client management and his commitment to impeccable customer service has meant that Jak is successfully driving business forward – claiming responsibility for the successful completion of many of our key contracts. Over the next few years Jak will be working with the team to build on 7formation’s reputation for impeccable standards and quality workmanship.
Julian St Quinton
Sales and Supply Chain Manager
With a wealth of experience in business development and sales, Julian is a valued member of the team and will be a key player in driving business forward. Having worked within the retail and construction sectors, he has a detailed understanding of the industry and will be an integral part in helping to deliver our business strategy.
Self-motivated and driven, Julian consistently surpasses expectations!
As many of our customer’s first point of contact, newly graduated Jordan helps maintain the 7formation reputation and oversees office operations to an extremely high standard. She plays an important role in the co-ordination of each project and tackles each new challenge head on.
Since joining the team, her implementation of new systems and processes has led to a greater sense of office efficiency and as a result, a better customer journey. The heartbeat of the group, Jordan is an extremely valued member of the team and a pleasure to work with.
Project & Supply Chain Assistant
Great at working under pressure, Hannah is extremely well suited to the role of Project & Supply Chain Assistant. Her ability to negotiate means we are able to remain competitive and deliver more efficiency to our customers.
Her communication skills, across all levels, are second to none; team this with her ability to organise others and she’s an invaluable member of every project.
Enthusiastic and hardworking, Hannah is a credit to the 7formation team.
Lorraine is an invaluable asset to the company and was a major player in steering the business through one of the country’s biggest recessions. Her extensive experience and bespoke expertise have helped set a sound platform for continued success within the business as she continues to drive the department forward and deliver efficient solutions.
Lorraine acts as a great mentor for the younger members of the team and will be integral in the realisation of our business objectives over the next few years.
Andrew joined the team in 2015 and made an immediate impact with his technical prowess and design expertise. A joiner by trade, Andrew also has extensive experience in quantity surveying and detailed CAD design, making him a true all-rounder and invaluable member to the team. Clients are often impressed by his eye for detail, and his relationship management skills and approachable nature will see him go far within 7formation.
Ian has been moving his way up the 7formation ladder since 2009 when he joined the team as site carpenter. His incessant pursuit for quality workmanship meant he was a perfect fit from the start and this, teamed with his ‘can-do’ attitude, has lent itself well to the position of project manager. He has the ability to take a bird’s eye view while also concentrating on the all-important detail, a quality integral to any 7formation job.
Ian’s organic progression is a great example of 7formation’s desire to promote from within as the company continues to demonstrate its ability to develop exceptional talent.
