As we begin a new decade, the team here at 7formation are looking forward to the next phase of our exciting journey. The success and growth of the business to date, has been built on a strong leadership team and a group of dedicated people who continue to deliver an unrivalled service to our clients, resulting in repeat business and new opportunities. Whilst we are very proud of our achievements to date, we are always looking to improve. With this in mind, I would like to announce some changes to the team structure, which we are confident will strengthen our position in the market and further improve the offer to our clients.

With immediate effect, I will be handing over the reins of Managing Director to Jak Garner. Jak joined 7formation in 2014 and has played a key role in its recent growth and success, his drive and enthusiasm allied with his personable manner and passion to succeed makes him the natural successor. With Jak taking on the day-to-day management, my new role as Chairman will allow me the time to look after our valued clients, along with developing future business opportunities over the next few years. We are confident that 7formation has never been in a better place. With Jak in his new role as Managing Director, working alongside Commercial Director Andy Bagshaw and Financial Director Neil Needham, the company can look forward with confidence to the next phase of our journey.
