7formation is demonstrating its commitment to employee development and is currently sponsoring project manager, Ian Crummack, as he undertakes his level 6 Diploma in Construction Site Management.

The course, which is being undertaken through an accredited education provider, tests students on modules that include leadership and management, communication and customer care, environment and sustainability, planning, programming and logistics, and resource management. The programme, which is carried out over six weeks, is both practical and theory-based and will see Ian qualify with a Level 6 Diploma in Construction Site Management once successfully completed.
