We have chosen Mind Northamptonshire as our charity partner of the year, not only because we want to support and recognise the work they do for the local community who suffer from mental health issues, but we also want to take this opportunity to implement Mental Health Awareness in our workplace here at 7formation!

Taking care of our mental health is an essential part of our overall health and well-being. It’s also a sign of strength. 7formation’s commitment to mental health has never been stronger. We are committed to operating an open, supportive, and inclusive workplace in which those experiencing depression, or any other mental health condition know that it’s ok to reach out for help. To this end, We have appointed a mental health ambassador in each department/team to encourage people to seek help. In the upcoming months, we will implement mental health awareness training across the business, and a well-being day on-site and in the office.
