Over the course of 36 weeks, 7formation orchestrated a comprehensive transformation at Leeds Northside Retail Park. The undertaking involved the meticulous strip-out of a redundant unit and the seamless integration of a new extension into the adjacent Aldi store.
The initial phase of the operation entailed the efficient strip-out of the obsolete unit, followed by a strategic division to accommodate additional space for Aldi and the introduction of a new Starbucks outlet to the retail complex. This expansion effort augmented Aldi’s footprint by a remarkable 30%, necessitating a reconfiguration of the store entrance to optimize customer flow.
Simultaneously, the rear façade of the building was enhanced by demolishing an outdated ATM block and reconstructing it to house modernized staff and customer restroom facilities. Furthermore, meticulous adaptations were executed in the parking area, ensuring minimal disruption to the available parking space.
To maintain safety and security throughout the project, hoarding surrounded the site, providing a controlled environment for construction activities while safeguarding the public and site personnel alike.
