Brooke Weston Trust

We have recently completed a call off contract with the Brooke Weston Trust to provide refurbishment and reactive maintenance work across the trust’s 11 schools. Due to the nature of the contract, the works are procured on an individual basis, and the annual value of the contract is made up of multiple singular jobs.

One of the larger projects that we have been involved in included a series of classroom refurbishments across multiple schools. These works also included the installation of the clients furniture. The refurbishment works undertaken included decorative works to walls and ceilings, installation of new flooring throughout the rooms, and an M&E upgrade.

Another project we have been involved is a modernisation of one of BWT’s schools, Kettering Science Academy. Within our work to this school

we installed a new staff kitchenette, installed new glazed screens and doors to break up an existing open space, and performed a redecoration and upgrade of the existing toilet blocks. Within the works to the toilet blocks we undertook decorative works including new paint work, replaced all toilet doors and accompanying joinery, and undertook a security upgrade by introducing new gates to enclose the toilet space. In addition to this security upgrade, we have installed over 100 new access control doors across the campus to improve the safety of staff and students alike.
