Footasylum Lakeside

Working in collaboration with Footasylum, 7formation have completed an ambitious 12 week project to create a new Footasylum flagship store in Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex

To start the project, we were tasked with the strip out of the unit, taking it back to a bare unit. We completed a full fit out of the store, including the stock rooms and staff room. Within the project we installed 6 different floor finishes with accompanying light tracks, installed a suspended light feature as well as feature lighting blocks to finish off the look.

Despite logistical challenges due to working within a live shopping centre, and the stores central position within the centre, we completed the project on time and to budget!

By clever delivery schedules and fit out phasing we managed to cut programme duration down to a minimum in the tendering stage, which added value to the client by ensuring the store could open as soon as possible.
