7formation was appointed by Smithers Purslow to restore two fire-damaged units in Mansfield. The project involved a structured approach, beginning with enabling works such as hoarding, scaffolding crash deck installation, and temporary electrical setups.

The refurbishment phase included installing a new shopfront, stairs, and balustrades, along with electrical and plumbing works. The team carried out a full kitchen fit-out, flooring repairs, drylining, decoration, and extensive joinery. Additional works included deep cleaning, decontamination, and stonework repointing to restore the building’s integrity.
