7formation was appointed to deliver the full fit out of an existing unit within the Xscape complex in Milton Keynes, transforming the space into a modern casino environment. The project began with extensive strip-out works, removing all unwanted non-load-bearing walls, flooring, ceilings, fixtures and fittings to return the unit to a suitable shell.

The team carried out an overhaul of the shopfront entrance and installed new signage and window graphics to enhance visibility within the busy leisure destination. Internally, the works included new drylining, joinery, decorative finishes, flooring and tiling, along with the installation of new hardware and fittings.

A full mechanical, electrical and plumbing package was delivered, including new sprinkler systems, fire alarms and security installations to ensure compliance and operational safety. Working within a live environment, 7formation coordinated multiple trades and managed logistics carefully to deliver a high-quality space ready for the client’s final commissioning.
