Montrose Coastguard

We have recently completed a 5 week project for the Maritime & Coastguard Agency to undertake a complete refurbishment and fit-out of an existing unit to create the Montrose Coastguard Station!

Within the project, we installed dividing walls within the garage area to create a new training room, office space & store room, plus a new kitchen and welfare space. Additionally, we extended the staff toilet area to create a new shower and drying room. Within the project we installed all new suspended ceilings with LED lighting & heating panels integrated. Further to this we installed new flooring, plumbing, dehumidifiers and undertook a full M&E package of works.

Within our commitment to social value on this project, we also created a new green space to the rear of the building, providing both aesthetic & environmental benefits to the client.
