
Over a 12-week programme, 7formation successfully delivered a full reinstatement of the Panattoni Park facility to Landlord specification, following the departure of the previous tenant.
Our scope of works commenced with a comprehensive soft strip-out of both the warehouse and associated office spaces, removing all fixtures, fittings, and tenant-specific installations. In the expansive warehouse, we carried out extensive floor repairs before applying a refreshed finish to restore a high-standard industrial aesthetic, as evident in the gleaming polished concrete surface. The office area also underwent internal repairs, including reinstatement of walls, ceilings, and finishes to a clean, functional layout.
We completed a deep clean of all internal spaces, repaired sections of the roof to ensure watertight integrity, and undertook a full refurbishment of the fire doors to comply with fire safety standards. Externally, cladding repairs were executed, all legacy signage was removed, and the car park received light redecoration works to improve its presentation.
The result was a fully restored, clean, and compliant facility ready for immediate re-letting.
