We have recently completed one of our largest projects yet for our esteemed clients, Frasers Group & EB Designs

Approximately 3500m2, this project involved the transformation of a former military unit into a gym and retail space.

Dividing into 2 phases, the first phase focused on stripping out the existing structure, and constructing a new mezzanine level. This included the installation of steels, a new staircase, and a lift to facilitate access to the newly created second floor. The second floor was created to house the Everlast Gym, so a separate entrance was created.

The second phase concentrated on the ground floor fit out for the new Sports Direct store. Meanwhile, the second floor was transformed into an Everlast Gym, complete with an in-house café.

Furthermore the external building received a full redecoration of the cladding and the installation of a new glazed façade entrance
