Third Space Canary Wharf

We’re proud to have delivered a transformative, multi-phase refurbishment for Third Space at their Canary Wharf club, with a major focus on creating a brand-new Hyrox training zone that elevates the club’s performance offering. Designed and delivered within a live trading environment, the project centred on enhancing member experience while maintaining full operational continuity.

Works began with protective hoardings and careful strip-out before reconfiguring key areas to optimise the existing gym layout. This allowed us to introduce the dedicated Hyrox space, a high-impact, fully equipped training environment featuring dynamic lighting, integrated track markings, and bespoke storage solutions, all designed to mirror the energy and intensity of Hyrox-style workouts.

Alongside this, we refreshed selected welfare areas and carried out essential electrical and fire alarm upgrades, supported by premium finishes and updated graphics. The final phase included the installation of advanced equipment, completing a bold, performance-led space that strengthens Third Space’s position at the forefront of elite fitness.
