We recently completed the fit-out of a brand-new unit for Wickes, transforming it into their latest store format. This comprehensive project involved constructing a functional and modern space that meets the needs of both customers and staff.
Key elements of the project included the installation of a mezzanine floor, jumbo stud wall partitions, and a fire escape staircase. We constructed new offices, staff welfare facilities, and a trade counter, ensuring all areas were tailored for optimal use. Structural enhancements included additional purlins and metal sheet roofing beneath blackout lights.
Our scope extended to forming new wall linings, suspended ceilings, drylining, plastering, and plumbing works. Electrical and mechanical systems, including sprinklers, fire alarms, and security installations, were fully integrated. Racking, storage, signage, shop floor fixtures, and fittings were also installed.
With attention to detail in decoration and joinery, we delivered a fully operational and visually appealing space, exemplifying our commitment to high-quality retail fit-outs.
