Following an extremely successful 2021 and a very strong first quarter in 2022

7formation Ltd has appointed Nick Lamb as Construction Director to manage and assist our senior operations team and the growth of the company.

Over a period of 25 years, Nick has worked for a number of successful construction companies at both operations and mainboard levels. Managing a variety of high-profile projects including rollout and frameworks.

Nick commented: ’I started as a labourer on-site and worked my way up to the board level, I’ve also run my own construction company, set up business units on behalf of other companies, and undertook all levels of business development, specializing in client relationships and account management. Having worked in the industry for so long, I’m confident I can firmly establish a clear path for success to ensure 7formation is traveling in the right direction for growth. I really look forward to being a part of the company’s senior management team.’.”

Some interesting facts about our new Construction Director! Outside of work, Nick teaches young adults to drive quads, cars, and buggies prior to them getting a driving license. He is also a Special Police sergeant in his spare time dealing and responding to any emergency calls coming in. Last but not least, Nick has competed in the heats for Britain’s strongest man on 2 occasions!!
